Prices are per site. Multi-site businesses will require a package for each site. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If monthly subscriptions are cancelled in the first year the business will be invoiced for the cost of services received, less payments received. This is currently £350 per bespoke food safety management system, £200 per audit, and £6.99 per food hygiene diary.

On notification from Stripe, our Environmental Health Practitioner, Michael Purcell, will contact you by email to arrange a convenient time to visit your business and write your food safety management system.
When at your business premises, Michael will run through the recommended safe methods for your type of business and discuss how these compare to what you are currently doing. Appropriate safe methods will be agreed and a premises audit undertaken to ensure suitability. This will provide the information required to write a food safety management system based on HACCP principles, as required by UK food safety legislation.
Michael will write a legally compliant food safety management system using the simplified HACCP method recommended by the UK Food Standards Agency for hospitality businesses. If full HACCP assessments are required for high-risk activities (e.g. preparing steak tartare), these will also be written.
On completion, you will receive your FSMS safe methods and first 3 months food hygiene diaries by post, with email communication if any help with implementation is required. Single sheet forms, such as training records, will be sent via email, for your business to print as required. Food hygiene diaries containing the kitchen-based checks will automatically be sent every 3 months by post as long as the subscription is active.
A bespoke food hygiene audit will be written for the business, tailored to its operation and structure. Audits will be carried out by an environmental health practitioner, as often as the subscription dictates. Audits can be carried out by appointment, or at an unspecified time within an agreed window, as preferred by the business.
As recommended by the UK Food Standards Agency, the FSMS will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains suitable for the business. This review will be carried out by an environmental health practitioner following a site visit. Additional reviews can be made by request of the business if there are substantial changes to its operation (costs inclusive of the premium package, or quoted separately for basic or standard subscriptions).

A newsletter is sent via email every month, keeping all subscribers informed of any changes to food safety legislation or guidance. We also celebrate the successes of the businesses using our services.
